NSDC will accept, for return or exchange, physical items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, return or mail your item within 21 days from the receipt of original order. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 21 days from the receipt of original order. Items must be returned with original tags still attached and must be in their original packaging, for example : Shoe boxes, dust bags, or special packaging.
