Program Changes: Knowing that our older adult population is more susceptible to the virus, we have taken precautionary measures to postpone large group activities with our seniors. 

 

Here are some safety tips to assist you during these difficult times.

 

• Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.

 

• If soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.

 

• Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.

 

• Avoid close contact with people who are sick.

 

• Stay home when you or your children have symptoms of illness or are sick.

 

• Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue.

 

• Coughing into your arm is an alternative.

 

• Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.
